ELIGIBILITY
All UG, PG and DIPLOMA students as well as professors with valid ID cards are permitted.

TEAM FORMATION
Team size 1 - 4 members (Any institution or group of students or professors may form a team or individual participation is allowed),
Registration for the paper presentation can only be done on the official event website.

STAGES INVOLVED
STAGE 1:(ONLINE)
Participants are requested to submit their full papers/abstracts as specified in the attached format (IEEE Format) well before the deadline.
Teams will be shortlisted based on the uniqueness, technical norms, and creativity, which includes the judging criteria, and receive an invitation for the next round from our team in a due course of time.

STAGE 2:(ONLINE)
Shortlisted teams should pay the registration fee Rs.850/Team in order to complete the registration process.
Once after the registration process is over, a detailed schedule will be shared to the team lead after the paper title is confirmed.

STAGE 3:
Each team will be allowed to present their ideas for 7 mins followed by a discussion session.
Presentations must be delivered offline, at the prescribed venue and time.

PUBLICATION REQUIRED:
To avail the Peer-Reviewed Journal Publication, participants are requested to submit the research paper in specified format and choose (Yes) for publication on or before 18th March 2024.
Papers will be scrutinized based on certain criteria which includes given format, plagiarism (< 20%) and novelty.

PUBLICATION NOT REQUIRED:
The registration deadline for the abstract submission is 20th March 2024.
The participants are required to sign the Declaration Form at the event venue stating, “Publication is not required”.

GENERAL RULES:
The time calculated by the organizers will be final.
Only a Paper Presentation certificate is guaranteed for the registration fee. (Free publication for eligible authors in peer-reviewed journals will be considered).
In case of any disputes/discrepancies, the organizers decision will be final and binding.
